After nearly four months, we are delighted to announce that we are back open.
We are all very excited to see you as I’m sure you are us. In order to re-open we have had to make some changes to the way we operate so that we can keep everyone’s health and safety our top priority. We made the decision to exceed government and industry guidelines.
You can book by telephone only at the moment, online bookings are disabled for now and please don’t come into the salon to book. All appointments must be pre-booked, no walk-in appointments.
We are not offering any discounts or concessions.
Our staff have been trained to follow strict hygiene rules and will be wearing PPE.
Arrive on your own and at your appointment time (there is no waiting area). Ensure you are wearing your face mask. If you are early you may be asked to wait outside, if you are late we may have to re-arrange or adjust your appointment.
Please come with the bare minimum, we cannot offer cloakroom facilities and we cannot store your shopping. You may wish to bring a large bag to put your possessions in.
We cannot provide magazines, feel free to bring your own ensuring you take your waste home with you.
Arrive for any appointments booked with freshly washed, clean hair. For colour appointments ensure all root touch products have been removed thoroughly as this can affect the colour and we will not have time to wash and dry before the colour is applied.
Reception team will welcome you in and provide hand sanitiser, please remove any gloves prior to entering the salon.
All sections are two metres apart. In areas such as Reception and backwash where two metres cannot be adhered to there are screens/barriers.
All sections will be cleaned and sanitised between each appointment.
Bring a pen with you in the event you may be required to sign paperwork.
Please only use our toilet facilities if absolutely necessary, ask a staff member before using the facilities as we have strict hygiene procedures to follow.
We will take your temperature using a non-contact thermometer.
Provide us with a minimum of 24 hour’s notice of appointment cancellations to avoid a charge.
Call to rearrange your appointment should you or anyone in your household have any Covid19 symptoms.

We only use the best products available in the salon. These are also available to purchase to ensure you continue the DialEma experience at home. Product ranges include Great Lengths hair extensions, Caci, RedKen, Alfaparf, O.P.I and much more.
